Akzeptabel aber nicht wirklich angenehm und angemessen für den Preis Positive: Wir haben die Ausstattung mit Bügeleisen und Waschmaschine sehr genossen. Wenn etwas nicht funktionierte wurde sich auch recht zeitnah darum gekümmert. Zudem konnten wir flexibel nachts einchecken. Negative: Die Einrichtung und die Sanitäranlagen waren sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht richtig sauber. Zudem funktionierte zwischenzeitlich der Gasherd nicht und der Zugang zur Wohnung lief ab. Wir mussten eine Kaution in Bar über 1500 AED zahlen, was dazu führte, dass wir eindeutig zu viel Bargeld hatten. Die Nachbarn waren unangenehm laut aufgrund von Streitigkeiten und der Pool war nur zu sehr begrenzten Öffnungszeiten nutzbar. Weiterhin war das Gym nicht besonders gut ausgestattet und ebenfalls nicht sauber.

The room was clean and well-maintained and had a comfortable experience. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in early, which was a huge plus. The property was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchenware, extra linens, pillows, a cloth dryer, an ironing table, toiletries etc. The security deposit was handled professionally and returned in full without any issues. For the price, this stay was excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay. Would definitely book again!
