Geräumiges, modernes 2-Zimmer-Apartment mit teilweisem Blick auf den Burj Khalifa

Good property with disappointing host Negative: For our stay 7 - 16 March , we were looking for properties in this area and booked it 1-1,5 month prior arrival. Prior and at check-in host representative was kind and did not tell that anything wrong. At March 10 evening, after 3 day of stay host wrote that he ommited to add in the price 500+ AED and want to take it back from our security deposit. We suggest him to discuss this on check-out, were offering him partial compromise at check-out, but eventually he just deducted the full amount from our deposit without our confirmation and total price was about 15% higher than booking.com final price. Due to this fact we were very dissapointed with the stay in the end, as it was first time at booking.com when host just raised the total payment from his side and it was after booking, the time of agreement between booking.com platform, him and us. Please be aware that this host could change the final price

Good location, spacious and convenient. Positive: Convenient for Dubai with easy access to Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Close to malls with a beautiful view from apartment looking over burn khalifa and the Dubai skyline. Spacious apartment with fairly good amenities. Great host! Negative: A bit of a maze to find as all buildings look the same.
